10. Usage:
1) One of the most widely used loosening agents in the food industry, it is used in the production of biscuits, cakes, Mantou, bread, etc. It is a carbon dioxide generator in soft drinks; It can be compounded with alum to form alkaline fermentation powder, or with soda ash to form civil stone alkali; It can also be used as a butter preservative.
